It is especially suited for women navigating hormonal changes, stress, cycle irregularities, emotional fluctuations, or a general sense of imbalance.

The Intention of This Retreat


This retreat is about restoring balance, not fixing what is broken.

The intention is to:

Nourishment for Hormonal Balance

Food during the Female Balance Retreat is warm, nourishing, and hormone-supportive, designed to stabilise blood sugar, support digestion, and calm the nervous system.

Meals may include:
  • warming, grounding vegetarian dishes
  • gently spiced Ayurvedic meals
  • nourishing soups and stews
  • herbal teas chosen to support balance
The focus is on building and stabilising, not detoxing or restriction.

Ayurvedic Treatments

60 min Daily treatments are individually adapted and selected to support hormonal balance and nervous-system regulation.

These may include:
  • Abhyanga – nourishing full-body oil massage
  • Shirodhara – gentle oil flow to calm the mind and nervous system
  • supportive head, neck, and abdominal treatments
Rest after treatments is an essential part of the process, allowing the body to integrate deeply.


Movement, Yoga & Body Awareness

Movement during the retreat is gentle, intuitive, and supportive of the female body.

Practices may include:
  • gentle yoga adapted to hormonal needs
  • pelvic and womb awareness practices
  • breathwork to regulate the nervous system
  • restorative and yin-style sessions
There is no emphasis on performance or flexibility only on listening inward.

Knowledge & Understanding

Short, accessible sessions provide insight into:
  • hormonal cycles (ayurvedic & modern perspectives)
  • the connection between stress and hormones
  • the role of routine, rest, and nourishment
  • simple practices to take home
Information is shared in a non-clinical, empowering way, supporting understanding rather than overwhelm.

  • Late morning: Ayurvedic treatments
  • Midday: nourishing main meal
